Information
Prices
Prices shown on the website are as accurate as we can make them. While there is no legal requirement for us to stick to the price advertised, we will usually grin and bear it if the wrong price is up there in error. In any circumstance we will never charge our customers a price that differs from that advertised without having cleared it with the customer first. Prices include UK VAT. Shipping costs are added during the checkout process and are currently a fixed per order cost of £7.50.

Ordering
On receiving your online order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the order, and containing a contact name, order number, the total price of the order, and details of how to cancel the contract.
Payment
Payment should be in UK Pounds Sterling, and can sent as a Cheque, a Postal Order, a Eurocheque, an International Money Order, or by Credit Card (we accept Visa, Access, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo through our Protx account). Our online shopping system uses a secure server on the Protx website to transfer your credit card details to us. Cheques etc should be made payable to "Tabad Ltd" and sent to our mailing address (see above). Credit Cards automatically convert your payment in UK Pounds Sterling at no charge. If you want to pay by Cheque we only accept cheques drawn on a UK bank.Despatch of Orders
If the goods are in stock, they will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of cleared funds. If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated delivery time. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at the point of order in the event that updates are necessary. If we are then unable to provide all or part of the order within the estimated delivery time given you will be notified by a further email. Goods will normally be despatched via courier. Our objective is to have our customers fully satisfied with the service they receive from Tabad Ltd, and the goods that we supply. If the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, we will be happy to rectify the situation. In law you have a separate right of cancellation during a "cooling off" period. If you wish to cancel an order for whatever reason, you have seven clear working days after delivery to let us know. We will refund you on return of goods. You must return the goods to us at your own expense and take care of the goods whilst they are in your care. We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service to return goods. You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased and claim a full refund. To cancel your order, you must notify us within seven (7) working days following the day of delivery. The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Products cannot be returned if the security seal has been broken.
