Minimum Age

We do not sell wine to anyone under the age of 18 years. When placing an order you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right not to accept an order where this may be in doubt.

Ordering

Wine and liqueurs can be purchased in any combination in cases of 6 or 12. A postage and packaging charge of £7.50 is applied to each case regardless of size for all deliveries on the UK mainland, with the exception of Northern Scotland where a charge of £15.00 will apply. Orders for Ireland or Northern Ireland will be charged £17.00 postage and packaging and a charge of £30.00 will apply to the Channel Islands.

For all other destinations please e-mail for a delivery quotation.

You can order any mix of product except where the contents are specified, in a hamper for example.

We reserve the right not to accept an order.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclude postage and packaging.

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and may be per item or per package in the case of hampers or ready mixed cases of wine.

The standard charge for postage and packaging is £7.50 per case, please see above for variations.

 

Delivery

All orders will be dispatched using a parcel delivery service. Orders should normally be received within 7 days of placing your order.

If we are unable to meet your order for any reason we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

 

Returns

We will provide a full refund or replacement for any product that is faulty.

We may require the faulty product to be returned to us. We will arrange this with you.
